The US Agency for International Development (USAID) has organized a
workshop in Cairo entitled "Towards Sustainable Export Growth" to
introduce the USAID Trade Reform and Development in Egypt (TRADE) project,
implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry,

“The ministry is making unremitting efforts to boost Egyptian exports by
developing the capabilities of exporters, thus achieving the national goal of
an annual $100 billion in exports in line with Egypt Vision 2030,” said
Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea in the speech delivered on her
behalf by Amr Hazaa, adviser to the minister for national finance and projects.
At a total financing of $225 million, the project seeks to enhance Egypt’s
