The meeting has explored means to boost
cooperation between the two countries in various sectors.

Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed
Samir has received Russian Ambassador to Egypt Georgy Borisenko, where they
discussed means of boosting mutual cooperation between the two countries,
mainly in trade, industry, investment and tourism.
The meeting reviewed the progress
of the Russian Industrial Zone project to be established in the Suez Canal
Economic Zone, which will serve as a hub for Russian exports bound for Arab and
African markets.
