The meeting has discussed cooperation in expanding sports
equipment industry and boosting its exports.

Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed
Samir has met with Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy, where they
discussed cooperation in expanding sports equipment industry and boosting its
exports.
“The Ministry of Trade and Industry
stands ready to fully support the youth to benefit from developmental programs,”
Samir said, pointing out that it is studying to offer units in its industrial parks
to beneficiaries of the Ministry of Sports’ initiatives.
The two ministers agreed on organizing
an immersion program for 30 individuals by the Egyptian Commercial Service under
the Egyptian Youth Diplomacy Program, organizing employment forums for
graduates of the Productivity and Vocational Training Department’s centers, as
well as training young women handcrafters by the Industrial Modernization
Center under the Ladies’ Clubs scheme.
