Minister of Trade and Industry
Ahmed Samir has visited the headquarters of the Industrial Development
Authority (IDA) in New Cairo, as part of regular inspection rounds of the
ministry’s bodies.
Samir toured the customer service
center to confirm customer satisfaction with the authority. He also met with
investors and listened to their feedback and suggestions for faster, smoother services.
