The workshop will discuss the themes of Africa's
Agenda 2063, Egypt's vision on African industrial integration, among others.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry is organizing a workshop entitled
"Made in Africa" from 20 to 21 November in the new administrative
capital, with the participation of a number of ministers of industry, heads of
industry unions, representatives of the private sector in Africa and others of
international institutions.
Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar clarified
that the workshop would be an annual Egyptian platform for exchanging technical
ideas that aim at deepening industrial and commercial cooperation among African
countries, and discussing mechanisms that enable the continent’s leaders and
decision-makers to unify priorities and business agendas for achieving African
industrial integration.
The workshop will discuss the themes of Africa's
Agenda 2063, Egypt's vision on African industrial integration, the issues of
mapping African resources, strengthening regional value chains, regional
industrial integration policies; in addition to opportunities for African cooperation
in logistics, infrastructure, financial inclusion and trade facilitation.
