Cairo- Nov 14, 2021

Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea has held an expanded meeting with heads and representatives of export councils to discuss ways to increase Egyptian exports to various global markets.

Gamea said that the ministry is currently studying ways to enhance Egyptian exports to foreign markets to reach $100 billion annually, in light of the great interest and support given by the political leadership to the export sector and its keenness to achieve an unprecedented boom in export rates from all sectors, especially those in which Egypt has a competitive advantage.

She also noted that the ministry spares no effort to cooperate with government authorities concerned and the exporters’ community, to develop an integrated vision to increase exports, facilitate its procedures and face all challenges that may prevent the flow of Egyptian exports to foreign markets.
