The General Organization for Import
and Export Control will be the sole issuer of Certificates of Free Sale
for industrial exports of goods and products.

Minister
of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea has issued a decree assigning the General Organization for Import and Export Control
(GOEIC) as the sole issuer of Certificates of Free Sale for industrial exports
of goods and products, as of publication in the official gazette.
The GOEIC
will release a special decree of its own concerning the regulatory conditions.
On a
related note, Gamea has excluded cargo imported for use by companies and
factories, shipped until April 26.
