With the participation of 50 Egyptian companies, the five-day
program includes a series of workshops to enable private sector firms to access
promising African markets.

Under the title "Entering African Markets", the
first training program for exporters was launched in Cairo, organized by the
International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), a member of the Islamic
Development Bank Group, and the Egyptian Export Development Authority (EDA),
under the auspices of Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea.
With the
participation of 50 Egyptian companies, the five-day program includes a series
of workshops and technical assistance designed for the private sector to be
able to access promising African markets.
It also highlights
an integrated export plan to Africa, and introduces marketing and export
strategies to the continent, as well as related mechanisms.
