On behalf of Egypt’s Premier Mostafa
Madbouly, Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea has inaugurated the Egyptian
pavilion at the 25th edition of St. Petersburg International
Economic Forum (SPIEF), held on June 15-18.
Denis Manturov, Russian minister of
trade and industry, attended the opening, as well as the Egyptian ambassador in
Moscow and Yahya al-Wathiq Billah, head of the Egyptian Commercial Service and commissioner
general of the pavilion.
Designed to reflect Egypt’s
national identity and civilization, the pavilion will host various sessions on the
country’s major sectors of economy, tourism and education, along with B2B
meetings between Egyptian and Russian companies.
