representatives of the business community for cooperation talks.

On the sidelines of the 25th
St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine
Gamea has held a series of meetings with senior Russian officials and
representatives of the business community for cooperation talks.
The minister met with Mikhail
Shamil Orlov, co-chair of the Russian-Egyptian Business Council, where they
discussed bolstering the role of the council in a way that would boost
bilateral trade and strengthen partnership between the private sectors in both countries.
She also met with Ivan
Fedotov, director of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia, to
explore potential cooperation opportunities especially in tech industries, SMEs
and entrepreneurship.
Furthermore, Gamea discussed
with Governor of the Russian Stavropol territory Vladimir Vladimirov and Investment Minister of the Sakhalin
province Vasily Grudev importing cereals and oils, in addition to cooperation in
other areas.
