The minister
is on a visit to the UAE to check preparations for the Egyptian pavilion at Expo
2020 in Dubai.

Minister of Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea left today for the
United Arab Emirates to follow up on the final preparations for the Egyptian
pavilion at the Expo 2020 in Dubai, days before the official opening of the
six-month event on Sep 30.
"Egypt will impress the world at Expo 2020 and will show its weight and prestige at the regional and global levels," Gamea said.
During the visit, Gamea is scheduled to hold meetings with a
number of senior Emirati officials, including Reem al-Hashimi, minister of state
for international cooperation and managing director for the Dubai World Expo
2020, to discuss ways to enhance joint economic cooperation.
She will also meet with Emirates companies interested in
investing in the Egyptian market.
