The Industrial Control Authority must ensure that the cleared
vehicles comply with Ministerial Decree No 9/2022.

Gamea has approved immediate customs clearance of vehicles registered on the
new Advanced Cargo Information (ACI) system, which obtained Advance Cargo
Information Declaration (ACID) number and whose full value had been paid by the
imported companies.
The Industrial Control Authority
must ensure too that the cleared vehicles comply with Ministerial Decree No 9/2022,
stipulating customs clearance requirements for vehicles up to seven-seaters imported
for trading.
