Eight Egyptian companies in the agricultural and food industries took part in the 30th Moscow International Food Exhibition, held in the Russian capital on Sep 21-24, where they sealed initial export contracts worth $7 million.
The Egyptian Commercial Office in Moscow had made all arrangements for the local companies participating at the expo, and organized several B2B meetings with their Russian counterparts.
Leading food manufacturers and suppliers from more than 30 foreign countries and 59 regions of Russia presented their products in 15 sections at WorldFood Moscow.
For three decades, the autumn food exhibition has been a meeting venue of major food and beverage producers, and representatives of wholesale and retail trade, as well as a platform for exchange of experience.
