Upon instructions from Minister of
Trade and Industry Nevine Gamea, the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) is
taking part in the 4th World Youth Forum (WYF), held in Sharm
el-Sheikh under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
The IDA’s first-time participation in
the WYF aims to present its vital role in industrial development, as well as the
services it provides to investors.
Mohamed al-Zallat, head of the IDA,
said that the authority’s pavilion at the forum displays to the public the investment
opportunities available in seven industrial parks launched in October 2020 in a
number of governorates and the facilitations offered, noting that the IDA will
be putting out another five complexes to tender during the month.
He added that the pavilion uses
smart presentation methods such as interactive screens and brochures available
in six languages about the various major projects in the manufacturing sector,
the most notable of which is the Robbiki Leather City.
