Gamea: Promising opportunities for Swiss businesses to
invest in the Egyptian market and export to the African one

Intensive talks have been held between Minister of Trade
and Industry Nevine Gamea and Guy Parmelin, the Swiss Minister of Economic Affairs, Education and
Scientific Research, heading a delegation of government officials, members of
parliament and business leaders.
The two parties explored ways to strengthen economic
relations between both countries and potential investment opportunities for
Swiss companies in Egypt.
In this regard, Gamea pointed out the big investment
opportunities for Swiss businessmen available in the Egyptian market especially
in the industrial and services sectors, as well as projects of renewable energy
to meet the needs of the local market and export to markets of regional and
