Egypt is currently participating in the first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, held on June 27-29 in Changsha, the capital city of central China's Hunan Province, which brings together guests and traders, including those from 53 African countries.

The expo, announced at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) last September, aims to provide a platform for deepening economic and trade cooperation between the two sides.

Organized over an area of 350 square meters, the Egyptian pavilion displays products of 10 companies operating in the fields of agriculture, handicrafts, food processing, banking and others.
